I am Director of Innovation at the Social Media Consultancy 90:10 Group. I am responsible for growing the Innovation practice and developing a strategic Co-Creation offering, powered by Social Media. Working globally within the group I am located in Germany.
Besides I am member of the advisory committee of the German Social Media Association “Arbeitsgemeinschaft Social Media” (http://ag-sm.de/).
I am a regular speaker at research and innovation conferences. My paper “Netnography Research – Community Insights in the Cosmetics Industry” was nominated as best paper of the ESOMAR Consumer Insights conference 2009.
To spread the word about Netnography I organised the first barcamp on Netnography (www.netnocamp.de).
